I like to take the mundane things in life and find the interesting, humanizing piece that's buried within it. I like to make it meaningful, and I like to get people involved in that experience. That's what great advertising is all about - the human connection of storytelling.

The Curbside Chronicle is a monthly magazine sold on the streets of Oklahoma City by homeless and at-risk of being homeless vendors. The Curbside Chronicle is one of 43 street papers in the United States, and the first street paper in Oklahoma. A street paper is a publication that offers employment and a voice to homeless and low-income individuals.
SOONER Yearbook Features Writer
The SOONER Yearbook is the University of Oklahoma’s extensive look into the lives of students, faculty and world events throughout the year. From 2009-2010, I served as a Features Writer for the yearbook, committing 10 hours a week in the office helping the designers with pages as well as being responsible for one article a week. My articles ranged from personality profiles to news stories over current events.
